Job purpose:

• Carry out safe and secure on-time operations following the ground operations manual and applicable procedures.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Reservations & Ticketing:

• Make reservations across the counter.

• Answer customer queries over the telephone.

Departures:

• Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
